Distinctive Olde World Plasters

This plaster technique is reminiscent of a very old stucco plaster one might see in the countryside of Italy , France or Spain on the buildings and homes.
The examples above were done in a private estate in San Francisco. A plaster is applied and then lime is toweled into the wet plaster. Several colored glazes are then added. Also shown is a cracked plaster technique done at William Oh’s Showroom in La Jolla,CA.
